🔹 Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually a few centimeters above the belly button. Relax your abdomen for an accurate measurement.
🔹 Hips: Place the tape around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, ensuring it stays horizontal.
🔹 Inseam: If choosing leggings or pants, measure from the crotch to the ankle.
